Important Information from Heights Hammerheads. Please Read!
April 27th
Welcome 2018 Heights Hammerheads families! We are so excited for another great season!
We have a few housekeeping items to attend to. Please read the following email carefully.
Declaring Meets
As soon as you know which meets your swimmer will attend, please RSVP at https://heightshammerheads.
Please go to https://heightshammerheads.swimtopia.com/swim_meets and choose your volunteer jobs. One member of every family is required to work at least one shift at every meet. Volunteer position sign-ups will close three days before each meet. If you haven't chosen a position by that time, we will fill remaining positions using preferences given at registration. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, but cannot guarantee a job or shift. If a job type or shift time is important to you, please sign up ASAP. Times given are approximate and may vary per meet.
Medical Release
Please use the following Google Form to read and sign the Maverick Summer Swim League's Medical Waiver and Disclosure. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc3eKmFD74thxviNC26Z6r7wN785JpDO0JY7nVazd3Upx89Pg/viewform?usp=sf_link
Swim Suit Embroidery
You may find the embroidery files at https://heightshammerheads.swimtopia.com/swimsuit-information. D&J Sports can embroider your suits (http://djsports.com/), but you are welcome to have them embroidered whenever you like. Girls' suits should be embroidered at the top, center front and boys' jammers should be embroidered on the front of the left leg, near the seam. There is a .PDF at the same URL as above that will give you positioning specifics. Your embroiderer can help you decide on the right size of the logo in relation to the size of your swimmer's suit.
Swimmer Assessments
If you have a swimmer who is new to the Heights Hammerheads or who is age 6 or younger, please make sure you sign up for a new swimmer assessment at http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0544aaad23abff2-swimmer2
As always, please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Go Hammerheads!
