Hello Hammerhead Parents,

I wanted to take a moment to address all the wonderful families that make this season possible.  It is because of all of you that we have a splashing successful season.  This truly is a fun time of year.  This is my third season as volunteer coordinator and my seventh or eighth season with the team.  If you have not checked out the website for volunteer opportunities, I urge you to do so.  When you log onto your Hammerhead account you will need to:

• Click on the "upcoming events- view all" tab
• Scroll down to meets (they are mixed in with daily practice)
• Next to the meets you will see 2 blocks in green, "meet entry" and "job sign up"
• Click on "job sign up" (meet entry is for your swimmer RSVP) 
• Enter your information based on which job you have chosen 

To all of you that have already taken the time to sign up, mahalo!  Again, if you have not been able to sign up, please do so soon.  I really do not want to have to randomly assign parents but will have to if we do not have enough volunteers each meet.

If you have any question, please feel free to text or email me.  The phone number on the information form issued at the parents meeting is wrong. Please use the one below AND it is also on the "volunteer" tab of website.
