Hi Hammerheads!

Just a reminder that this week's practice is by age. There may be changes once the coaches see them swim during practice and the mock meet. 

A practice 7-8 (3:30 pm - 4:10 pm)

B practice 9-10 (4:10 pm - 5:00 pm)

C practice 11 and up (5:00 pm - 6:00 pm)

D practice 6 and under (5:15 pm - 6:00 pm)

Also, for swim meets, I wanted to mention the Swimtopia app ( https://help.swimtopia.com/hc/en-us/articles/59406... ). Many parents love this option over just a Meet Program/Heat Sheet, so you may want to check it out!
