Hi team!

The following is all the important info for Monday's meet at Timberwood Park. 

When: Please arrive no later than 4:15pm. The meet starts at 6pm, but the swimmers will need to check in with the coaches and then warm-up before the meet.

Where: The address for TWP's pool is 26631 Timberline Dr, San Antonio, TX 78260. There is parking available near the clubhouse and overflow behind the parking lot or by the play structures. Please look for our purple pop-up tents in the pavilion area. That is where our team will be set up.

Concessions: There will be two food trucks and Mr. Softee onsite.

Emergency Contact: Coach Erin will be out of town during this meet, so if your swimmer has a last-minute illness, please text Coach Melissa at 707-816-1666. (Please keep in mind that last-minute changes can create mass chaos for the coaches and scorekeepers, so the sooner the better!)

Further notes: I have swimsuits, shirts, and caps. If you haven't received yours yet, please text me at 770-298-0078 to arrange a pick-up. I will bring them to the meet, as well. I will send out the heat sheet about 24 hours before the meet.
