We are looking forward to our first away meet of the season! The meet will begin promptly at 8:00am. Our warm up time is 7:25-7:50am, so please arrive by 7am to get your swimmers' slips and parents' volunteer badges. If your swimmer arrives after warm-ups begin, they will be removed from all relays.

The pool address is 2806 Mayfair Drive, 78217. It is a neighborhood pool without a parking lot, so parking is along the street or behind the pool in the MacArthur High School parking lot. Our swimmers and families will set up on the cabana side. (map attached) We are welcome to sit under the cabana and all around it. We will bring our pop ups and ready benches for our swimmers.

• They will have concessions and will accept cash and Venmo!
• It is a 4-lane pool, but we are bringing our Dolphin system to help facilitate a more efficient meet. :) 
• There are starting blocks, so the diving practice the kids had this week will come in handy. I'm sure they will practice a bit more during the warm-up, just in case the new swimmers are a little nervous.
• The timers meeting will begin at 7:45am.
• A few rules for all the swimmers: no playing on the diving board or the deep end of the pool and no playing on the sand volleyball court. It's so tempting but unfortunately it drags a lot of sand into the pool during meets.
• We hope to be done by 11:30 - 12:00.
